Cancellation and Refund Policy For Serpwe
We provide our valuable customers with a cancelation and refund policy as described here.
- All subscriptions monthly and yearly will be renewed automatically on their due renewal date per the date of purchase until officially cancelled in writing.
- You can cancel your subscription anytime by writing to us at support@serpwe.com.
- If you wish to cancel your subscription, please provide us with a 7-day advance notice. We will adjust your account limits accordingly on our servers.
- You can upgrade/downgrade your plan using the web interface or after logging in; however, we will not provide any refund.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate Serpwe service for any reason, without any notice.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or investigation, or otherwise, forcefully removed our branding) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us.
- Important: No refunds or credits for partial months or years of service will be refunded after cancellation.
Billing
- We charge and collect in advance for use of our SaaS service.
- All fees exclude taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the customer is responsible for payments of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
